Today I have an amazing recipe to share with you all - crustless quiche. This dish is perfect for those who are trying to eat healthy or lose weight, and it's so easy to make. Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (such as spinach, mushrooms, and bell peppers)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked onion and garlic, chopped vegetables, and shredded cheese to the bowl, and stir to combine.
  5. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture into the dish.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden brown.
  7. Remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

This crustless quiche is so flavorful and satisfying. It's also a great way to start your day with a healthy breakfast, or you can enjoy it as a light lunch or dinner. Plus, it's a great dish to make ahead of time and reheat throughout the week.
